KEEPING OUR STAFF AND COMMUNITY SAFE.
MONDAY, AUGUST 23, 2021
To Our Community,
We are open! As we continue in Stage 3 of the Provincial Roadmap to Reopening plan, we have added additional health & safety measures to further protect our staff and community.
We're not out of the woods yet, COVID-19 variants are a real threat. With the recommendations from Halton Public Health officials, we've made a few changes.
All visitors (members, guests and staff) are now required to complete online pre-arrival COVID-19 screening. These screening questions are compiled by the federal government to help identify potential outside risks before you walk into our facility. There are 3 easy ways to access this screening:
Online >> www.aspireclimbing.com/milton-screening
At the gym >> QR Codes are posted outside the front door. Scan the code on your device to access the screening easily.
Online bookings are recommended for first-time visitors, but not for members and 10-pass holders. Reservations help us manage walk-in traffic by:
Capturing online payments to reduce person-to-person contact
Inform us of your interest (climbing, ninja or both!)
Prepare any rental equipment needed before you arrive
Go to: www.aspireclimbing.com/milton to book your visit now.
Additional Health and Safety Measures
2 layer face masks are mandatory for everyone in the facility, regardless of exemption status.
Hand sanitizing stations are located all around the facility for frequent sanitizing for staff and guests.
Operating at 100 maximum capacity (lower than 50% of our maximum capacity).
All visitors must maintain 2m distancing with anyone outside their group.
All visitors must perform active screening and check-in with waivers on file. Screening is completely confidential and collected for the use of contact tracing purposes only.
We will continue to monitor and update our COVID-19 protocols as needed to keep our community safe. We are just so excited to see the return of everyone! Be safe and responsible to avoid future lockdowns.

50% Capacity Limit
Upon reopening, we are operating at 50% of our total capacity which allows us to offer regular services to members and 10 pass holders without reservations.
Reservations for New Visitors
If you're new to Aspire Climbing Milton, we ask that you book your session online prior to your arrival.
It's been a long wait but active members now have the option to reactivate their memberships or pay-per-visit until they feel comfortable with regular visits. Memberships will also be available for purchase.
10 Punch Passes
10 Passes will also be available for redemption or purchase. In addition, existing 10 pass holders may convert passes to membership time. Please email us to determine how this works out for you.
Masks Are Required
During Stage 3, masks are still required for the duration of your visit. We are a family-friendly facility with many young participants that are not vaccinated. Masks or face coverings remain the best minimum means of protection for individuals. As a facility, we are prioritizing public needs over individual mask exemptions until the government lifts all mask requirements for indoor spaces.
Birthday Parties Are Back
We are now accepting birthday party bookings for August 27th and onward! Bookings are limited to 12 participants for 2 hours of climbing and ninja excitement. Our private party room is provided and organizers are welcome to bring individual refreshments only. Sharable foods are not permitted until restrictions lift further. It's been a long wait but your kids can now have a proper birthday party once again!
Our Sincerest Thanks
We are grateful that we are finally at Stage 3 and we appreciate all your continued support and understanding. We've spent the last year pivoting, adjusting and going above-and-beyond through these various stages of lockdowns and reopenings. It's been difficult for our team and our business to stay afloat but we've always maintained a positive outlook on our future. Aspire Climbing now has 3 locations to serve Halton, Durham and York regions and we can now (re)open to the public. We are so close to getting back to normal but we will continue to monitor and adjust based on public health guidelines and customer traffic. Thank you once again and we look forward to seeing everyone back in our journey back to normal.
