Rec Bouldering Scramble Competition

Come join us for the "Spring Slam" on Saturday May 28th from 3pm to 8pm for Aspire Climbing Vaughan's Spring bouldering scramble! This recreational competition is a great way to challenge yourself and your friends in a friendly supportive environment.

The entire back wall will be reset for the competition. From 3pm to 8pm you can attempt as many of the climbs as you like. You have unlimited attempts, points are earned for each completed climb with more points earned for fewer attempts. Completing a climb multiple times won't get you additional points. Your top 6 sends will count towards your final score.

Categories

All ages and abilities are welcome. Competitors will self select one of the following categories.

Categories are split male and female and they include:

Beginner: up to V3
Intermediate: V4-V6
Advanced: V7+

In addition, there is an Open & Inclusive category for climbers of all genders and abilities.

Prizes are awarded to the top 2 competitors in each category. The winners of the Open & Inclusive category will be determined by a raffle.

Registration is $20, and you can register online or at the front desk. Day rates still apply for non-members, and
all participants are welcome!
