Perfect for beginners, first timers and anyone looking for a great workout or pre-climb warm-up. Through flowing sequences, you’ll enjoy slow flows, integrating breath and movement all while loosening up stiff joints.  Intended for those looking to build strength and flexibility, you’ll work through balance and posture poses at a slower pace, allowing you to work on building a solid foundation.

Bouldering Mobility Workshop

This workshop combines a 30 minute mobility session followed by a bouldering workshop with our head routesetter and climbing coach Andy Leung. This 1 hour and 30 minute workshop is designed for those looking to increase mobility and put what they’ve learned into practice on the wall.

Mobility Workshop

This one hour workshop is designed with climbers in mind as well as individuals who want to increase their mobility. Held in our yoga space, you’ll work on targeted exercises to increase mobility in your hips, shoulders, wrists and spine all while getting a solid full body workout in.

Yoga Questions & Answers

Pants or shorts will work fine for yoga as long as they are comfortable.  A shirt that is somewhat fitted will also work best for Yoga and no shoes or socks.
