Intro to Bouldering Lessons
New to bouldering or unsure how to begin? You’re not alone. Whether it’s fear of falling, figuring out how to get started, or thinking you’re “not strong enough,” this 45-minute guided session is designed to meet you where you’re at.

Led by one of our experienced instructors, we’ll review your experience level and tailor the lesson to what matters most to you. From warming up and falling safely, to learning key techniques and gaining confidence on the wall—we’re here to help you take that first step (and your next one) with confidence.
