Communication Reset

A half-day experiential communication program for corporate teams

Communication Reset is a half-day, professionally facilitated team experience designed to help teams reconnect and communicate more effectively. Rather than lectures or traditional team-building activities, this program uses real-time experiential challenges; climbing, movement-based activities and collaborative problem solving to discover how teams communicate especially when stress, time pressure, or uncertainty are present.

Through facilitated physical and cognitive challenges, teams gain insight into how stress, assumptions, and habits impact communication and learn practical ways to reset how they listen, speak and work together. The program ends with a guided reset using breathwork and gentle movement to calm the nervous system; helping teams leave grounded, focused and better equipped to listen, respond and collaborate.

Erin Wilson

Founder | Educator | BBA, BEd, RYT 200, CNE

Erin is a certified educator with over ten years of experience in program design and instruction. Her work focuses on how people learn and perform in applied, real-world environments.

 

She is a certified yoga instructor and a certified culinary nutrition expert. This training informs a practical, structured approach to learning and facilitation.

 

In 2015, Erin co-founded Aspire Climbing & Fitness Inc. She originally designed the organization’s programs and staff training systems and now oversees program development, instructional standards, and operational performance.

 

Her instruction is grounded in the integration of wellness and clear communication, with deliberate attention to self-awareness as part of effective learning and execution.
