Aspect Café & Roastery is a new locally inspired café / Coffee Roaster located inside Aspire Climbing & Fitness in Milton, Ontario. We serve exceptional coffee, smoothies, and wholesome grab-and-go food designed to fuel active lifestyles. Our vision is simple — create food and coffee that taste great, feel good, and build community.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Part-Time barista with food prep experience to work the early shift 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m . Thursday, Friday, Monday and variable weekend shifts. This role is to assist the café manager with food prep and serve our valued customers. You are a great fit for this position if you excel at customer service, work efficiently and enjoy collaborating with a team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and Use of the POS.
Collaborate with the team to source and maintain relationships with high-quality food partners.
Recipe prep for daily menu.
Assist in managing inventory.
Uphold all food safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
1+ years of café or restaurant experience.
Strong communication skills with a focus on team culture.
Knowledge of café operations and espresso beverage preparation.
Food Handler certification .
Passion for wellness, sustainability, and high-quality food and coffee.

The Pay
$17.60-$18.60 per hour.
